Remote Sensing for Precision Agriculture and Weed Science Group in Los Reporteros, Andalusian Canal Sur TV
Last Saturday April 25th, 2015, at 9:30 p.m., two reports titled “A school, a quarter” and “Current Civil Applications of Drones-UAS” were broadcasted in the programme Los Reporteros, Andalusian Canal Sur TV http://goo.gl/VNsKrZ.
In the report “Current Civil Applications of Drones-UAS”, the Research Group “Remote Sensing for Precision Agriculture and Weed Science” of the Institute for Sustainable Agriculture was invited to display a summary about the research they develop. Jorge Torres Sánchez, Forestry Engineer and FPI-PhD student of the Group, explained several applications of UAS for mapping and crop management optimization using site-specific applications of agrochemicals.
