We inform you, in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Personal data will be processed by the Office of the President of the CSIC and incorporated into the processing activity “General information queries” whose purpose is the processing of the query made. Purpose based on the exercise of the powers exercised by this body.

Personal data may be communicated to other competent services of other Administrations, when necessary to answer your query.

The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and during the Presidency of the Government.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data, of limitation and opposition to their processing, as well as not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data, where appropriate, by filling out the form http://www.ias.csic.es/contacto/ or by sending an e-mail to delegadoprotecciondatos@csic.es. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
