ClimaSG (formerly ClimaGen) is a weather data generator based on SIMMETEO Geng et al. (1988) that requires only monthly averages of solar radiation, maximum and minimum air temperatures and precipitation. In ClimaSG, wind speed and vapor pressure generation has been added.

The program controls the inputs and analyzes the generated meteorological data, producing graphs and text files for the main results, which include reference evapotranspiration.
