Workshop Strategic Collaboration for Sustainable Wheat Production: Addressing Global Challenges in the OECD

The workshop on ‘Strategic Collaboration for Sustainable Wheat Production: Addressing Global Challenges in the OECD’ aims to create a platform for experts from OECD countries to gather and share their knowledge, experiences, and innovations about a strategic crop such as wheat. It will address the need to develop a multidisciplinary research to provide a more resilient, sustainable, nutritious and healthier wheat facing the challenges posed by climate change.

The workshop will cover the most recent advances in cutting edge technologies and breeding tools, wheat genomics, digital transformation of agriculture, abiotic stress tolerance and health benefits.

The outcomes of this event will contribute to a strategic roadmap for advancing sustainable wheat production
