NOTICIA: Un equipo de investigación del Instituto de Agricultura Sostenible del CSIC en Córdoba, en colaboración con la Universidad de Foggia (Italia), ha identificado las variedades de semillas de anís más productivas y con mejor calidad de aceite esencial tras evaluar 50 muestras procedentes de distintos países. El estudio permitirá seleccionar los granos más rentables para su cultivo y aprovechamiento industrial en agroalimentación, cosmética o farmacia.
