Work opportunity at the Institute for Sustainable Agriculture from the Spanish National Research Council (IAS-CSIC) in Córdoba.

Objectives of the research

  1. To analyse the environmental suitability for plant pathogens in crops and natural vegetation using epidemiological models.
  2. To identify plant traits linked to pathogen infections using spectral imaging analysis.
  3. To detect vegetation stress overtime and space using satellite image analysis.
